Questions.
How do credits work?+
Every paid and free plan comes with a monthly pool of credits that resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Each generation task (music, voice conversion, mastering, training…) consumes a fixed number of credits. Unused credits do not roll over.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Purchase a credit pack, upgrade your plan, or wait for the next monthly reset. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
Is the API billed from my subscription credits?+
Yes. The HanoLab REST API uses the same credits as the web app. Subscription credits are used first, then purchased top-up credits. API access is available on Creator and Pro plans.
What is the compose canvas?+
A single workspace where every step of making a song lives: generate, split stems, edit a region, swap vocals, master. Each action lands as a card next to the previous one, so you can see every iteration at once and combine them however you want. There's no save/load — the canvas is the project.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel from your Account dashboard. You will retain access to your tier until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We process all payments through Creem as our Merchant of Record. Creem supports major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, and regional wallets, with automatic tax handling in your jurisdiction.
